Our divinity has always been with us, through every moment
in our life. It surrounds us with love. It just takes one
breath to bring it into you. My work is an invitation to you
to bring this love back into you – breath by breath.
It is there, just for you.
By exhaling and letting go it will fill your body and all
that you are.
Breath by breath you become complete and what you always were:
a magnificent flower in the garden of the universe.
An
invitation and instruction for the gentle breathing:
-
Take 20 minutes of time for you. Lay down on your back
on something soft (bed, sleeping bag, thick blanket or
something else that is soft warm and snugly). If you like,
cover yourself with a blanket, too.
Stretch your legs and your spine. Relax your body and
let yourself sink into the ground.
-
Sense
your body. Sense deeply and sense if there is tenseness.
-
Now
focus on your breath. Lay one hand on your navel. Inhale
and exhale in a gentle way. Notice if your belly is really
moving or if you are breathing into your upper chest.
Don’t be afraid of bulging your belly. Only stressed
people tend to breathe into their chest with short and
shallow breaths. Your chest should not move at all (or
only a little bit).
-
Continue
to breathe deeply. Sense how the air flows through you
into your belly. And then it flows out again. Very gentle
in the same rhythm.
-
Now
place your hands on your lower belly. Let your breath
flow through your nose into this region. Sense how your
lower belly moves up and down with every breath.
-
Continue
to breathe in and out. Like water the breath flows through
you and starts moving your energies gently. When your
energies can flow freely again and can start to balance
themselves.
-
At the end of each session scan your body again. Notice
how you are feeling now and how it was at the beginning.
You
can do this breathing for five to ten minutes once or twice
each day. You can breathe deeply while waiting in a queue,
on the bus or on the train, while walking. After a few weeks
you can extend the time for the sessions.
If this program becomes your new way of breathing, you will
notice how much more relaxed your body and mind are.
Note:
Some experience a tickling sensation while breathing or after
the session. This is a sign that your body is letting go of
tension. Just continue to breathe deeply and relax.
You can experience the same phenomenon if you make a very
strong fist and open the hand after a while. Most likely you
will experience the same tickling then.

was trained and certified as a New Breath Teacher by Dr. Norma
Delaney and Dr. Garret Annofsky.
